New Pandora Charms and more.

I'm so excited to write this post about my new Pandora charms. For a very long time I was totally obsessed with Tiffany&Co. and wasn't experiencing other cool brands. My friend Inna, introduced me to Pandora and I'm loving their stuff, which makes me fall into a rabbit hole of obsession again. But all the charms are so cute, that I can't stop.
So, I got six new charms and now my bracelet is almost done. I need only 2 more charms. Well, I might squeeze 3 in there.
I also, got a ring that I've been eyeing for some time now. Inna got me a necklace from this set and I posted about it here.

Is there any bracelet, ring, or necklace that you are obsessed with?

Item of the season: The Denim Shirt.

Tonight was our date night. We went to this italian restaurant near our house and had some wine with our dinner. It was nice. I think going on dates is very important, even for those who are married. It's not the same to have dinner together at home. It doesn't give me the "spark". And everyone needs a "spark" from time to time:)

Now as for this seasons IT item, it has to be this denim shirt. I think it was on my summer must have list as well. I love it! I wore it 3 times this week!
I'm wearing: Denim shirt - ZARA, leather jacket Victoria's Secret, leggings - Target, boots - Intyce Steve Madden boots, ring, bracelet and necklace - Pandora, bag - Long Champ.
Do you think date nights are important?

3. Revlon - Minted 85
4. Essie - Splash of Grenadine
5. H&M - simple white
6. OPI for Sephora - Never Enough Shoes
What colors are you reaching for the most?

Lauren Conrad Style. Nicole Richie Priceless. House of Holland chain suspender tights.

I've made few purchases online recently and just wanted to share them with you. It's nothing exciting but GOOD. I really enjoyed Nicole's Priceless novel ($15 at amazon.com). It was easy to read and catchy. I haven't felt like this since I finished reading the Twilight saga ( but don't get me wrong - it's nothing like Twilight!!!), but that might be just me. So, I recomend reading it.

Lauren Conrad wrote a book ($15 at amazon.com) on style and fashion. It's a cute coffee table book. You can't really read it, but it looks and feels great. I think fashonistas around the globe understand what I mean.

And last purchase was from Topshop. And even though I do like teh tights ($30) that I got, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of packaging from Topshop. Let me elaborate on that:

1. the box that tights were in was ripped and looked like someone opened it before me.
2. it had a price sticker on the box, which wasn't very carefuly remove - sloppy!!!
3. shipping cost $10 flat, took forever to arrive, and came in a very weird envelope!!!!
And that's it.
Let me know if any f you got Nicole's book "Priceless" and what did you think about it.

Lancome Teint Idole Foundation review.

So, I decided to do a review of this foundation since I am completelly obsessed with it. I literally use it every single day. It used to be that on the days when my skin looked good I would omit the foundation. Well, not any more!!! I am so in love with the results it gives every time I apply it that I can't stop wearing it! It's really adicting!
I even wrote down on the piece of paper all pros and cons. So here we go:
Pros:
~ super light weight
~ has a nice coverage (medium)
~ does not clog pores
~ does not break me out
~ leaves a nice matte finish, but has a little bit of shimmer (NOT NOTICABLE AT ALL)
~ applies easily
~ does not streak
~ does not slide off your face after a long day of wear
~ feels very light and natural
~ has SPF 15 in it
~ has a huge range of shades for any skin color
Cons:
~ very liquidy
~ does not give you the 18 hours shine free results (as it is indicated on the box) but 8 hours shine free! at least for me.
~ I had a hard time applying it with my fingers, but works very well with MAC 190 brush (on the picture)

I also included a picture of the primer I use for my face. I really like it and it has a reasonable price.(Loreal studio secrets professional)

I hope this was a helpful review for you girls, and I hope you will have the same great results with it as I did, if of course you decide to give it a try.
Ciao for now:)

Leather Jacket. Outfit of the day.

Finally I'm back with the outfit of the day post. I am also posting some pictures of the boring stuff that I got from my shopping trip on Saturday. I wasn't that excited with my purchases, but I guess I needed some basics to replace my old stuff.

Absolutely love this necklace. From Amercan Eagle Outfitters. I saw it during the summer but didn't buy it cause I felt like the price was a bit too high. And it was! yesterday I got it for $6.95.
4 sleeveless shirts with deep cut out neck line from Aerie ($7.95 each); same necklace ($6.95); Pants from Zara ($40); Viva La Juicy parfume from Sephora ($50); lipgloss (free) and navy eyeliner($8.50) from Aerie.

What I am wearing: Leather jacket from Victoria's Secret ($218), white tee from Aerie ($7.95), pants from Zara ($40), Necklace from AEO ($6.95), and shoes from Aldo ($90)
Have you found anything cool for Fall/Winter 2010? in the store or online?

~MAC~ Venomous Villains

Ok, so these mineralize eyeshadows were sold out at my MAC counter the first day they came out. I actually got the last 2. Lucky me. Lol. I know it's silly, but I really wanted them. I also got the lipstick, cause I'm obsessed with nude lips and one more nude lipstick will not hurt me (the packaging looks cute).
I thought that I would buy more things but I only got 3 items from the limited collection and invested some money in an angled blush brush.
What I got: Mineralize eye shadows in "She Who Dares" and "My Dark Magic"; Cremesheen lipstick in "Innocence, Beware!"
If you had a chance to get anything from this collection please share.
XOXO, Olya

September beauty favorites.

This month I found some really good products that will stay in my cosmetic bag for a while. And there are some repeats. I will try to make this sweet and short:)
1. Proactiv Repairing Lotion. Spot acne treatment that works like magic.
2. Lancome eye makeup remover. It's really gentle and unlike other oily makeup removers did not cause an allergic reaction.
3. Teint Idole fresh wear Lancome foundation. It promices 18 hours of shine free look. Of course it doesn't last that long, but the thing that I love about it is that it goes on smoothly and leaves my face looking fresh and natural.
4. Epicuren Colostrum cream. One little drop of this cream moisturizes entire face without leaving it greasy.
5. Urban Decay All Nighter long lasting makeup setting spray. Keeps my makeup flawless throughout the day. I really like it!
6. Matrix Sleek. Look Smoothing system - Step 4 Sealing Serum. Great to keep those flyaways tamed.
7. MAC lipstick in Jazzed. I love this color with my tan skin. Summer gave me a nice glow and it looks nice, without overpowering orange tint.
8. Sally Hansen Diamond strength no chip base coat. I switched to this one from Revlon one, and I like it, cause it dries faster.
9. Essie's Lollipop nail polish. PERFECT bright red.
10. Some regular and cheap eyelash curler. It made it to this list because i've been using it every day this entire month. And I like it.
11. Loreal Secrets professional primer. It was on my list last month too and I have to say it works very well. What it does is minimizes the appearance of pores and gives make up a good base.
12. ELF duo eyeshadow in Mocha Swirl. I mentioned it few times and it is on my all time favorites.
This is it for the months of September. I hope this will help you guys to get more idea about some products that you might have wanted to try.
XOXO, Olya
