Last night I went to see "Salt" and then we met up with some friends for drinks. I wish every day would be as relaxing as yesterday:) I also did some shopping during the day, but that I will post later on.

my exhausted self for the last two days.

Oh man... what a week I had... I've been so busy with work and school, that I didn't even sleep much this week. 4 hours of sleep every night. But now it's over and we have the weekend!!! Yay!!!

Tonight I even went out with the boy and had some wine. I needed it! lol

Also, I'm still exploring with my new camera. The quality is so great that now I see every single imperfection on my face! hahaha... but here is two pictures of my tired (more like exhausted) face.

I'm thinking Fall in Summer

Yes! I can't stop thinking about fall shopping! Almost every store has been updating their inventory to new fall items and I can't get enough. I'm putting these on my wish list since my birthday is coming up soon and maybe some of my wishes will be fulfilled.

As you can tell, I'm still crazy about the wooden sole, clog sort of thing. It's so chunky and cool, that I don't even care about the size/height of that heel. I also, love the yellow rainboots from Hunter. Aren't they the perfect rainy/gray day accessory?

Back to business:)

Yay!!! I'm back!!! I feel bad for not blogging for a while, but I'm back! As you know, I went babysitting on Saturday. I babysat a baby girl who is almost 1 year old. She was such a sweetie with me. No crying. No fuss. I love her! I took so many pictures of her, but only few came out alright. It's hard to take pictures of babies!!! I never knew!!! And it was so funny, cause I was babysitting her from 7 to 10:30 pm and all she did was searching through my bag. By the time she was done with it her parents were back.

Update

Hi guys!!! I just wanted to let you know that I finally got my canon in the mail and am very excited to start using it. I do find it a little complicated, but auto mode is great! lol

Today, I'm finishing to write a paper on Sebastian Bach, and later going to babysit a 11 months old S... She is adorable. If I get a chance I will snap few pics of her.

I hope you guys are having a great summer! The weather has been a pure blessing for the heat lovers.

Anniversary night

So, who watched soccer yesterday? I did!!! It was a pretty boring game but I'm glad that someone got to score! Congrats Spain!

Now, let's see what else I did yesterday: I spent most of my day searching for the camera that I want. Actually I wasn't sure what camera I wanted, and then when I made up my mind, it happend that it was sold out everywhere, except for Costco ($1499 including 2 lenses) and in BestBuy ($1200 including 1 lense and nothing else). Here I'm talking about Nikon D90. Everyone who has it, loves it so I thought I would get it too, but...

Then, when I did my research I found that the new Canon T1i is very similar in features to Nikon D90. So, I thought if I dont find D90, I will get T1i. But it was sold out everywhere as well. Best buy had it for $900 ( including 1 lense).

At the end of the day I was very upset, and just went to costco dot com and ordered the T1i for $909 ( includes 2 lenses, 4GB memory card, and few other things). Nazar was happy that we didnt spend the extra $600 for Nikon D90. I didn't really have any feelings, no happiness, no sadness... lol... I was : whatever. I guess I was tired from all that searching.

Also it was our anniversary last night so we went out to eat. I got a little drunk, just like every anniversary/valentine's day that we celebrate together . I have 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio, and I'm out. lol.

Anyway, now I'm waiting for that stupid camera, cause who knows how long it will take them to ship it.

P.S. I have some new beauty related products that I bought last week. This nail polish is one of them (Essie "Lapis of Luxury"). I will talk about it sometime this week.

Back to reality.

Oh boy... I'm back from my very short getaway to the lake with the fam. It was really relaxing, warm, and fun. I honestly did not want to go back home. I wish I could stay there for another few days, cause the weather was perfect and I didn't spend a dollar, cause my parents paid for everything. Thank you guys! I love you!

Unfortunatelly, I didn't take that many pictures and didn't have exciting outfits at all. I just didn't feel like getting dressed: I was in my bathing suit most of the time.lol.

But here are some pictures from when we went to the town and when we went to see the fireworks on Sunday night.

I'm waiting for fireworks in my cozy ZARA denim shirt and white jumper from F21. At this point I was super sleepy, cause we had dinner and walked a lot and then I had ice cream, which hit "the spot" and made me even more sleepy.

June favorites.

Hi girls!
Im still sick ( I dont know if you knew that, but if you follow me on Twitter you probably do) and I've been feeling a little under weather this week, therefore, monthly favorites of June are a little late, I guess. But anyway, here are my favorites:

Let's start with beauty:1. ELF all over color stick in Lilac color. I use it for highlight. It's sort of like NARS multiples. I like it, and it smells like lemonade. I included one of these in my ELF giveaway!
2. Mac eyeshadows in Twinks, Era, and Shroom. I use Shroom to highlight my brow bone, and the other two are just all over the lid colors. I have to say that I really like Era, just because it's perfect for summer. It's very warm nude color, which is almost matte, but it's not.
3. Mac lipstick in Hue. I love this color! it's really beautiful. See it here.
4. Mac eyeshadow brush #239. This is my first MAC brush ever, and I absolutely love it. It's soooo soft and smooth. I'm in love!
5. Maybelline Falsies mascara. I bought it because I ran out of Maybelline Stileto one, and this mascara has a curved brush, so I decided to give it a try. It's good!!! I love everything about it except for the smell. I dont know why, but all my Maybelline mascaras have a very strange smell. Does yours smell too? I mean it's not horrible, but a little strange.
6. Victoria's Secret Noir body mist. I think I told you guys that I love this scent! I even have the parfume, but it lasts for like 10 minutes. That's why I decided to buy the mist, so I can have it in my bag and respray if I feel like it:)
7. Loreal H.I.P. jelly balm in Plush. Oh. My. God! this balm is amazing!!! It's so good! I have to go to Rite Aid and get a back up just in case they will run out of it!
8. N.Y.C. matte bronzer. It was only $3, and I wanted to try out matte bronzer. I also heard that this one was good, so I gave it a try. And? I loved it! I use it almost every day along with my shimmery bronzer. It's just some places on my face do not need shimmer. And the color of this bronzer is called Sunny.
9. Stephenie Meyer's book "The short second life of Bree Tanner". I love this book as much as I loved the Twilight books. I just had to read it, cause it goes along with the Eclipse book. If you are into these book, you have to read this one! Plus, $1 from each book sold will be donated to the American Red Cross! I've heard they've donated about $2 million. How amazing is that?!

I also wanted to talk about my current nail polish pick. I was really looking forward to find the essie Mint candy apple one, but it's sold out everywhere. So, Traget to the rescue!!! I found this Revlon "Minted" nail polish and it's exactly the same color! If you are interested, I love Revlon Base coat #955. And as for the top coat, I use Orly "In a Snap". It dries my nails in a SNAP:)

And this is my outfit of the day. I went to see Eclipse in IMAX today. It was so good. I look sort of sick in the picture and that's because I was, and still am.

I'm supposed to go away this weekend for 3 days, but thats if I start feeling a little better. And if I do go away, I will probably be back to blogging sometime next week.
