Cruise outfits

I did not know what to blog about today. My camera is empty of picture and I haven't had a chance to take any. So, I reached into my photo library on Picasa and found few outfit pictures from my cruise.
When you go on a cruise, the last thing you want to do is put outfits together. You also don't have time to do it. So, my recommendation is to prepare ahead of time. Dresses are the easiest things to bring with you! But make sure you bring the ones that do not wrinkle much. Otherwise, you will be walking around in wrinkles.
And YES, I definitely overpacked for this cruise!
I hope you will enjoy this little post and will tell me: in your opinion, what is the best clothing item to bring on vacation?(destination - warm places!!)

Day 1&2 of my Spring Break

Hi my dear friends! I've missed you so much! I was having a lot of fun the past 10 days, but I did think about blogging at least 5 times per day. However, it is time to go over my trip and share my excitement. {It has not died out yet}. The next few posts will be my cruise recap only, so I hope it will not bore you. And today I will literally start from day 1, when we got coffee at the airport on our way to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
So, buckle up, my friends! we are hitting: San Juan, Curacao, Aruba, Dominica, St. Thomas, and old San Juan.
~DAY ONE~

Me, already on the ship, ready to depart.
{sweater F21, Tee, pants and sandals are from Zara}

This cruise ship is massive, I tell ya. And they had way too much activities planned for us.
~DAY TWO~

things I came across with...

So, today we had yet another snow day. And all I did was pick up my room a little, read some articles, googled some wedding ideas, and of course shopped. I found this next item to be very popular between few different designers and brands and of course prices range. So, look at this: the black wedge on the left is from Steve Madden ($99.95) and the one on the right is by DVF, is sold at shopbop.com ($295). Let's do the math.... it's $195.05!!!

Then I was also looking at bags, because I do love my Speedy 35, but I feel like I also need an everyday bag that I can put over my shoulder. And I came across this See by Chloe bag on My Wardrobe.com ($577) It's really lovely, but I'm not sure which color I like better.

And last and least expensive from this bunch is this necklace from shopbop.com. ($42)
Even though I felt like buying things, I decided to stop myself. So, no purchases as of right now.
I've been good to my wallet;)

Outfit of the day.

As promised, here is my outfit of the day. Nothing special at all. I know. I haven't had much 0f inspiration for more creative outfits. But I do love my denim shirt, so once again including it in the "outift of the day" category post.

Remember these? I got them at the end of the summer from Steve Madden website, right before I went to Canada. You can see more of them here.
I wore:
Denim shirt ZARA
Tank BB Dakota ( see more here)

I'm thinking Fall in Summer

Yes! I can't stop thinking about fall shopping! Almost every store has been updating their inventory to new fall items and I can't get enough. I'm putting these on my wish list since my birthday is coming up soon and maybe some of my wishes will be fulfilled.
As you can tell, I'm still crazy about the wooden sole, clog sort of thing. It's so chunky and cool, that I don't even care about the size/height of that heel. I also, love the yellow rainboots from Hunter. Aren't they the perfect rainy/gray day accessory?
1, 2, 3, 5 - Steve Madden, stevemadden.com
4 - Hunter short wellington Boots from net-a-porter.com
What are your fall picks? Have you seen anything good yet? Let me know!

Last night's outfit.

The weather outdise was not coordinating with any sort of dress up, plus I went out with my friends to this new restaurant that has a very laid back atmosphere. The food was great, the company was even better! After the dinner we stopped by at Carvel for some ice cream. Not the best ice cream, but it hit the spot. Lol.

I love Fridays even on Wednesdays:)

I came to a new finding! I love TGI Fridays! lol. They have such a nice service. I don't know, maybe it's just the Fridays that I go to. But anyway, I enjoyed my dinner. I'm on a work out crazy mode right now too. I run every single day, with no excuses! I mean, I have a treadmill in the house! So, really, NO EXCUSES!!! I hate that I stay late at work though. Cause I come home around 9 pm and then I have to work out, take a shower, dry my hair. But I decided that I use to do this all the time before, so why not now? So far I didn't see any changes in my body, except for legs! I have to admit: I love my legs! They are pretty powerful! lol
SO, on to the outfit of the day post.
I wore my absolute favorite shirt with padded shoulders from Forever 21, Gap boyfriend fit jeans, Steve Madden heels, and Coach wristlet/clutch.
I was trying to do a side braid, but my hair is still too short, it just looks like a mess. And I was also rocking my 2 finger ring from Forever 21!!! I have to say, that everytime I wear it, I get at least 10 or more people commenting on it. Mostly good comments:) Guys usually say that it reminds them of kastet. But girls like it.
make sure you check out the last picture!!! so typical me!!! my boyfriend said: OMG, your followers will think you are crazy!!!

Outfit of the day and Iron Man 2!

Hi!!!
I'm catching up with my outfit of the day duties:) It's been super cold here in Jersey. I'm literally freezing! Today to school, I wore my warm fall jacket and a scarf! Craziness!!! It's May!!! Anyway:) Later on tonight I stepped out to see the new Iron Man movie. It was really good! I recently found out a new thing about myself: I'm an action junkie! I've been enjoying manly movies. For example, last month I saw "The Losers", and before that I saw the Bruce Willis movie ( I forgot the name), oh wait! It's called "Cop Out". So, yeah, I like it.
I snapped few pics next t the Iron Man stand, cause Nazar was really annoying, as of HE wanted a picture there.
Jeans - Kenneth Cole,
V-neck white tee - Madewell,
Cardigan - Urban Outfitters,
Faux leather jacket - H&M(old),

For those who LIVE in their JEANS!

So, many of you know, that I'm a student. And what I have noticed over the years, is that now more and more girls in my school look stylish. There are a lot of girls who are into sweatpants and a hoodie outfits, but there are some that look very fashinable. And I love it. I cannot say that I'm very stylish, but I do try to wear somehting cute and comfortable to school. One of my favorite pieces of clothing is of course jeans. Simply because, I think with jeans you can have a dressed up or dressesed down look. Therefore, I put together this collage, inspired from Jessica Alba's outfit. Super simple and yet stylish look for anyone who lives in their jeans. Jessica Alba is wearing heels but if you are not comfortable in heels you could wear any flats or sandals.

Scarf, NY & company $11.86

Bag, Lucky brand $99.99

Striped Cardigan, Michael Stars $85

Heels, Steve Madden $199.95
